Harlem Jude Ferolino or popularly known as “Papa Lem”, primarily uses social media to share his advocacies. Aside from his YouTube channel and Facebook page, he gained popularity on Tiktok for his mashup videos and other infotainment content.

He is a Gensan-based certified voice artist who has produced graduates and mentored scholars in Certified Voice Artist Program (CVAP) from around the Philippines including General Santos City, South Cotabato, Davao, and Sarangani Province.

He is a Certified Voice Artist Program (CVAP) Head Trainer and CVAP Regional Coordinator for Mindanao. He is also the Executive Director of Voice of the Youth Network, which is a youth media organization producing youth-related content through radio and digital platforms.

Currently, he works as a Media Production Assistant in Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Region 12 under the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), and a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines as a 2022 Local President for JCI General Santos "Twin Star" and the 2023 Regional Executive Director for Southern Mindanao.

Through his platform, Melvin aims to eliminate the presence of traders in the vanilla industry in his locality. He wants to raise awareness about vanilla farming and empower our farmers and growers by linking them to the market.

Awid was one of the 79 provincial winners and one of the seven regional winners of the 2022 Young Farmers Challenge Fund Program. Currently, for the continuity and realization of his dreams, he strives to grow his network by building a community of vanilla growers.

He founded RTD Creator Academy and RTD Creatives, RTD shares his technical know-how and content-creating expertise with aspiring content creators through his academy. He imparts his marketing and branding knowledge via live talks and speaking engagements.

As of this writing, Real Talk Darbs has registered 3 million followers on Facebook, 210,000 subscribers on YouTube, 640,000 followers on TikTok, and 52,000 followers on Instagram.

With his online fame and support he has been getting, the content creator and social media expert said he is more than just entertainment. He wants to use his platform to inspire and uplift people experiencing anxiety. Every single day, Kuya Darbs receives messages from supporters that he is their source of inspiration.
